The Scaldatelli are handmade in Puglia, the seasoned green olives come from Fratelli Burgio, the 'Nduja from Caccamo, and the sun-dried cherry tomatoes sit in extra virgin olive oil. Open the jars, pour something cold, and let the table do the rest.
