Cascina Bonfiglio is a small Sicilian maker of extra jams. The fruit is weighed before cooking, so each jar carries more fruit than sugar, and it comes from prized Sicilian groves. The result tastes of the fruit, not the sweetener.
280 gr. The apricots come from Sicily, with 110% fruit content for a rich, fresh, sweet taste.
