Small vegan biscuits of Maiorca wheat flour and raw Sicilian almond paste, for a cup of coffee or tea.
Tumminello bakes with heritage Sicilian grains such as Timilia and Maiorca. Here the flour is Type 1 Maiorca, 47% of the recipe, with raw almond paste and a little extra virgin olive oil.
