Crema di capperi - Capers spread - Fratelli Burgio

The Burgio brothers are a Sicilian family whose deli was born in 1978 in the countryside of Solarino and today sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, where the stalls look out to the sea. They keep alive the flavours of the island, working the old way and without preservatives.

A velvety Sicilian caper spread, briny and aromatic. Lovely on crostini, stirred into pasta, or next to fresh cheeses and cured meats. Available in 90g and 180g.

Ingredients: capers (85%), extra virgin olive oil (8%), parsley (3%), mint (3%), black pepper (1%)

Usage tip: great on bruschetta, pasta or meat.
