Handmade in Ferla, in the province of Siracusa, by pastry chef Francesco Manuele and his team at La Nuova Dolceria, in an exclusive partnership with Chiara's Food. Made with a sixty year old mother yeast and a slow natural rise.
Chocolate panettone with chocolate drops, finished with a chocolate icing. 1kg.
Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, water, yeast, panettone cream, honey, wheat germ, citrus cream, salt, candied citrus, chocolate drops. Icing: chocolate cream, vegetable fat, sugar, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter.
