Figs and pieces of walnut in a 50% cocoa Modica chocolate, a nod to Sicilian baking: break it up with a coffee.
Made by Ciokarrua in Sicily. Modica chocolate is worked cold, a method kept alive on the island for centuries, which is why it breaks with a grainy crunch and tastes so strongly of cocoa.
How to use it
- Broken into pieces, with a coffee.
- On a cheese board.
