Loconia percoca peach jam with a kick of chilli, for aged cheeses, roast meats or simply warm bread.
It comes from Loconia, a small village in Puglia that turns into a festive town every August to celebrate the percoca harvest, and Materia makes it in small batches. The full, aromatic sweetness of the peach meets the chilli from the very first taste.
