From Loconia—a small village in Puglia that transforms into a festive town every August to celebrate the harvest of its famous *percoca* peaches—comes a jam with a lively, surprising character.
The full, aromatic sweetness of the Loconia *percoca* meets the bold kick of chili pepper, creating a balance that captivates from the very first taste.
Tip: It is perfect for enhancing aged cheeses or roast meats, or simply for spreading on warm bread.
Ingredients: Clingstone Peaches (75%), sugar, fruit pectine, chili (2%).
