Wholewheat busiate, the twisted Sicilian shape that grips its sauce, to serve with pistachio pesto.
Pastara makes its pasta from Russello, an ancient Sicilian grain grown mainly around Trapani, drawn slowly so it keeps a rough surface for the sauce and a gentle, nutty flavour.
How to use it
- With pistachio pesto.
- With a tomato sauce.
