SICILIAN SOFT CANTUCCI WITH TOASTED ALMONDS AND “CHOCOLATE OF MODICA IGP” .
Soft Sicilian cantucci with ground Avola almonds and dark Modica IGP chocolate, to dunk in a glass of zibibbo or passito.
Tumminello bakes Sicilian biscuits with heritage island grains and Sicilian nuts. These are a third almond, 34%, with 12% organic Modica chocolate, and they stay soft rather than crunchy.
How to use it
- With a sweet wine like zibibbo or passito.
- With coffee or tea.
