Fratelli Burgio keep the island's flavours alive the old way, without preservatives, from the family deli born in Solarino in 1978 and now in the Ortigia market in Siracusa.
How to use it
- Warm it for 5 minutes in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, then add your pasta.
- Over grilled vegetables.
- On bruschetta.
