Ragu' Vegano - Vegan Sauce - Fratelli Burgio - 250ml

The Burgio brothers are a Sicilian family whose deli was born in 1978 in the countryside of Solarino and today sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, where the stalls look out to the sea. They keep alive the flavours of the island, working the old way and without preservatives.

A plant based ragù: only vegetables and herbs, slow cooked into a rich, layered sauce. Perfect for pasta, risotto or as a base for vegetable dishes. 250 ml.

Ingredients: tomatoes (67%), celery, aubergines, carrots, onion, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, sweet peppers, sun dried tomato

Usage tip: ready to use. Warm it for 5 minutes in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil, then add your pasta.
