Sicilian biscotti made with IGP Modica chocolate, in a 270 g tin: open it with an espresso or give it as a gift.
The Modica chocolate brings its grainy texture and deep cocoa character, and cane sugar with Mascobado sugar adds a soft caramel note. Tumminello makes them by hand in Sicily, using traditional techniques.
