Biscuits with candied orange, manna from the Sicilian ash tree and a hint of cinnamon, for tea or an espresso.
Manna is the sweet sap of the ash tree. Tumminello bakes them with the heritage island grains Timilia and Maiorca, with butter, extra virgin olive oil and fresh whole milk in the dough.
