Apicoltura Oliva 1850 is a family of beekeepers, six generations, working nomadic hives in the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa. Organic Sicilian honey.
300 gr. Eucalyptus honey, strong and intense, with balsamic, lightly smoked notes and a liquorice and caramel finish. Less sweet than the others. Made for aged and blue cheeses, gorgonzola, old pecorino.
