Apicoltura Oliva 1850 is a family of beekeepers, six generations in, who move their hives around the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa. This honey is elegantly sweet and crystallises to a fine grain over time.

- With soft cheeses: fresh pecorino, taleggio or brie.
