Apicoltura Oliva 1850 is a family of beekeepers, six generations, working nomadic hives in the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa. Organic Sicilian honey.
150 gr. Citrus honey, fresh and scented, elegantly sweet with a touch of acidity. Crystallises to a fine grain over time. Lovely with soft cheeses like fresh pecorino, taleggio or brie.
