Sulla honey, organic and Sicilian, delicate and gently sweet, for fresh young cheeses like ricotta or primosale.
It comes from sulla, the French honeysuckle, and it is restrained, with no heavy aftertaste. The Oliva family have kept bees for six generations, with nomadic hives in the countryside of Solarino, near Siracusa.

- With ricotta, primosale or young goat cheese.
