Bittersweet Sicilian orange jam for breakfast bread, and just as good in baking.
Oranges are 68% of the jar, with brown sugar and lemon juice. It comes from the Burgio brothers, whose family deli began in Solarino in 1978 and today stands in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, and it has no preservatives.
