Sugo al tonno, a Sicilian sauce of tomatoes and tuna with white wine and capers, ready for any pasta.
It turns a plate of pasta into a proper meal. Fratelli Burgio make it; the family opened their deli in the Solarino countryside in 1978 and today work in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, without preservatives.
How to use it
- With spaghetti or another long pasta.
- With a short pasta.
