Rich and aromatic, from Fratelli Burgio: a Sicilian family deli since 1978, born in Solarino and now in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, where the stalls look out to the sea. No preservatives.
How to use it
- On warm bruschetta.
- Brushed over grilled meat or fish.
- Stirred into a sauce, as a base.
