Organic Sicilian tangerine jam, bright and fragrant, for your breakfast bread or a jam tart.
Tangerine makes up 60% of the jar, with brown sugar and a little lemon juice. The Burgio family has kept island flavours alive since 1978, first in Solarino and now at the Ortigia market in Siracusa, without preservatives.
