Deeply savoury anchovy spread with capers, mint and parsley: melt a spoonful into a sauce or spread it on warm bread.
Anchovies make up 80% of the jar, with olive oil, a little garlic and vinegar. It is made in Sicily by Fratelli Burgio, a family deli since 1978, today in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, without preservatives.
How to use it
- A spoonful melted into a sauce.
