Ciokarrua makes traditional Modica chocolate in Sicily. Because it is worked cold, the sugar never fully melts, and the bar keeps the grainy crunch and intense cocoa flavour the island has known for centuries.
How to use it
- In squares, after dinner.
- Chopped over gelato.
