Vanilla Modica chocolate with 50% cocoa, grainy and crunchy, to break into squares and eat with an espresso.
Ciokarrua works its chocolate cold in Sicily, the traditional Modica way, so the sugar never fully melts. That is where the grainy crunch and intense cocoa flavour come from, and this bar adds natural vanilla flavouring.
