This is one of Materia's contemporary vegetable creams from Puglia. Curly kale, black cabbage (cavolo nero) and kale, grown in open fields, go in at 21.8% each, for a herbal taste with a deep, gently bitter character.
How to use it
- On warm bread, bruschetta or focaccia.
- Quickly tossed through pasta.
