Materia is a small Puglian maker turning seasonal vegetables into contemporary creams.

A cream of three winter cabbages, curly kale, black cabbage (cavolo nero) and kale, grown in open fields. Green and herbal with a deep, gently bitter character. Lovely on warm bread, bruschetta and focaccia, or quickly tossed through pasta. 200g.

Ingredients: curly kale (21.8%), black cabbage (21.8%), kale (21.8%), water, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, salt.

Allergens: contains tree nuts (walnuts). May contain traces of sesame, sulphites and soy.
