Made in Sicily by Fratelli Burgio: 62% artichokes and 37% extra virgin olive oil, sharpened with a little white wine vinegar. Their deli, founded in Solarino in 1978, now sits inside the Ortigia market in Siracusa, and they work without preservatives.
