Materia is a small Puglian maker turning seasonal vegetables into contemporary creams.
A smooth cauliflower cream with tahini made from Ispica sesame, a Slow Food Presidium: the vegetal sweetness of cauliflower meets the warm, toasted note of sesame. Lovely on pasta, with grains and roasted vegetables, or as a base for creative dishes. 300g.
Tip: try it with fresh raspberries and croutons.
Ingredients: cauliflower (38%), water, potato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, tahini (sesame from Ispica, Slow Food Presidium), salt, nutmeg.
