A smooth cauliflower cream with tahini made from Ispica sesame, a Slow Food Presidium: the vegetal sweetness of cauliflower meets the warm, toasted note of sesame. Lovely on pasta, with grains and roasted vegetables, or as a base for creative dishes. 300g.

Tip: try it with fresh raspberries and croutons.
