Smooth penne from 100% Italian durum wheat, for creamy sauces, ragù, timbales and oven bakes.
Like the rest of the Pasta Armando range, they are drawn through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperature. The bronze leaves a rough surface that holds sauce, and the slow drying keeps a firm bite.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina. May contain soy and mustard

- With a creamy sauce or a ragù.
