Materia is a small Puglian maker turning seasonal vegetables and fruit into contemporary creams and jams, made in small batches.
A pumpkin and ginger jam: creamy, bright orange, sweet with a gentle spicy kick. Lovely with cheese, and good in both sweet and savoury dishes. 200g.
Tip: try it with roasted pepper hummus.
Ingredients: delica pumpkin (80%), ginger (2%), sugar, lemon juice.
