A fresh pesto made in Liguria to the original Genoese recipe, by Prà. The basil is Basilico Genovese DOP, blended raw with good oil, two aged cheeses, pine nuts and a little garlic. Toss it through pasta off the heat, with a splash of cooking water. 150g.
Ingredients: Basilico Genovese DOP, extra virgin olive oil, Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Italian pine nuts, Pecorino Romano DOP, sea salt, garlic.
