Handmade in Ferla, in the province of Siracusa, by pastry chef Francesco Manuele and his team at La Nuova Dolceria, in an exclusive partnership with Chiara's Food. Made with a sixty year old mother yeast and a slow natural rise.

A classic panettone base with candied fruit, dried figs and walnuts. 1kg.

Ingredients: 00 soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, water, yeast, panettone cream, honey, wheat germ, cream, corn starch, salt, candied citrus and raisins, walnuts, figs.

Allergens: wheat, soy, milk, eggs, walnuts. May contain other nuts.
