Tubetti, small tubes of bronze-drawn durum wheat pasta for minestrone, pasta e fagioli or a cold pasta salad.
Pasta Armando uses 100% Italian durum wheat and dries it slowly at low temperature, so the tubes keep a firm, lasting bite. The bronze dies leave a rough surface that holds the sauce.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina. May contain soy and mustard
