Description
Gentile Spaghetti is a thin spaghetti from Pastificio Gentile, which has been making artisan pasta since 1876 in Gragnano, the pasta capital of the world near Naples. The pasta is made with the special grain Senatore Cappelli from Basilicata and processed with copper dies.
The spaghetti is dried naturally according to the Cirillo method. In a closed room, the paste is slowly dried for three days at 35 °C with a constant airflow.
