Tortiglioni from 100% Italian durum wheat: twisted, ridged tubes that grip creamy and cheese sauces.
Pasta Armando draws them through bronze dies, which leave a rough, porous surface that holds sauce, then dries them slowly at low temperature for a firm, lasting bite. They also bake well.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina. May contain soy and mustard
