Tuna cream with Sicilian orange, a delicate spread of land and sea: use it on bread or stir it through pasta.
The tuna is caught off the Sicilian coast and flavoured with Sicilian orange juice. Fratelli Burgio make it; their family deli opened in Solarino in 1978, today stands in the Ortigia market in Siracusa, and works without preservatives.
