A thick balsamic cream, denser and a little sweeter than the vinegar, for drizzling over desserts, fresh cheese and vegetables.
Giusti was founded in Modena in 1605 and still ages its vinegars slowly in long series of wooden casks. The cream is made with 39% Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and is dense enough that the line you draw stays put on the plate.
How to use it
- On desserts and strawberries.
- Over fresh cheeses.
- On grilled vegetables.
