Old grains Cappelli - Saragolla - Marzellina, stone milled. 

This semola has a low quantity of gluten. It is milled only once and not twice so this means it is not "rimacinata" and therefore it is more rough and unrefined. 

The old grains are organic and not genetically modified. 

Tip: ideal for pasta, bread and pizza
