LEGUMES, RICE & SPICES

All legumes have been collected in small villages in Irpinia ( Campania Region). 

They are selected and collected only manually. 

The weather of this part of Italy, mild and windy, is a perfect match for the drying phase, which then follows the nature. 

Storage info: once opened, store in a jar and put in a cool and dry place.

The rice we chose for our selection is 100% Italian and it comes from environmentally compatible farming. As per our tradition, the best rice comes from North of Italy. In this case then, despite our whole collection comes from South Italy, we decided to include it in our collection. 

The different rices we want to offer to you come all from Alessandria.
