First pasta produced with 100% Italian durum wheat.

Our Campania producer:

De Matteis is one of the few Italian pasta makers with its own mill connected to the Pasta factory.

Every stage of working wheat is controlled, from cleaning to grinding to obtain semolina that is always fresh giving this pasta a unique flavour. To keep the factory running, a modern co-generation plant is used, thanks to which every year 1.865 t of Co2 is prevented; it saves 1.941 equivalent tonnes of petrol; 32.700 Mwh of heat is recovered.

Packaging is recyclable (paper waste). 

Store in a cool and dry place. 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water (can contain EGG) (*allergen in capital letters).
