Ingredients: tomatoes, salt. All tomatoes come from Italy, Campania region. Tomatoes are collected from hills. They are a perfect mix of rounded and datterini tomatoes.
Cooking tip: cook at least 20' in copious amount of water oil and garlic ( or onion).

I used the passato for a ragu, and it tasted so much better than the regular canned tomatoes I use from Mutti!!!!
